It's just a blog. A little corner of the Internet where I can document my baking and cooking recipes. Don't expect anything groundbreaking, I like experimenting with simple flavours. And chocolate.
What I have:
- A willing guineapig to try my recipes.
- Access to a good butcher and green grocer.
- A love of all things tasty.
What I lack:
- A sizeable kitchen. Mine is tiny.
- The patience to photograph properly. I use my iPhone camera a lot.
- Ability to faff for three hours over a single plate of food.
