If you read food blogs, you'll probably have heard about the latest in egg scrambling technology- scrambling eggs while still in their shell! Very simply, you spin an uncooked egg around very quickly in a pair of nylon tights or a tea-towel. This breaks the yolk, causing it to mix with the white so that, once it has been boiled, you end up with an egg that is already scrambled.
Sounds easy? Foolproof.
Happy Easter!
